The Boot Room Bench
So last week I showed you the boot room closet and how we built it. Last weekend Bo decided that he wanted to finish it all and make a little bench in the corner. It’s always nice to have a bench in a boot room so that you can sit and put your shoes on or, in our case, have a new cat bed.
Whilst he was sawing and screwing I was sewing the plump pillow. I used an old sheet and made a custom size inner pad using lots of hollow-fibre filling. The linen fabric is Faro from Merchant & Mills in Rye.

Building a Closet
For those of you following me on instagram know that we are building a closet in our hall/boot room. We got fed up with always coats and stuff hanging on display so I came up with a build-in closet. This is the result but we are not done yet …
I’m so super happy with the result, it feels like the closet has been there forever which is a good feeling. Anyone interested in learning how to make a baby breath wreath like in the photo?
