Mince Pies

And a very merry Christmas

The last thing I always bake, the day before Christmas, are mince pies. Goh do I love a good mince pie. For those of you not familiar with mince pies, it’s a small pie filled with a mixture of fruit and spices and it’s eaten in most English speaking countries during Christmas.
