How to Make a Ruffle Bag

My sister and brother in law moved to Palma on the island of Mallorca so my mother and I are going to visit them next week. As we are flying with RyanAir and I don’t want to pay extra for luggage, and because I don’t like flying in general, I’ve made a bag that I can take with me on board and that’s also fun.

I didn’t use a pattern as it’s a pretty straightforward design I just used the required bag measurements that is allowed on board and went with that. So you can make this bag as large or as small as you like. The drawing is basically there to guide you.
