This is a favourite dish at my home and during lockdown I made it almost every other week as it’s for 6 servings and we could eat from it for a few days.

I really kind of get nostalgic thinking about lockdown, why don’t we remembrance it more often? During lockdown I tried to avoid going to the supermarket because in Belgium we had to cue and I don’t do cues and in The Netherlands I had to cross the border and show proof that I am Dutch and that I was essentially traveling to The Netherlands … oh my all the fuss.

Anyway here’s the rather lengthy recipe, it’s a lot but it’s absolutely worth it.
