Chocolate Courgette Cake

Since this year I have dedicated a part of my garden to be a vegetable garden, I’ll give a tour in another post. I’ve planted 3 courgette plants, two green and one yellow, of which the two of us can eat all summer. You basically need 1 courgette plant per person. I make soup, add them in pasta sauces and today I’m going to share a cake recipe. It’s not that you actually taste the courgette flavour but it gives a really lovely structure to the cake.
