Celebrating Lucia
Bearer of light, hymns and Swedish treats.
On the 13th of December we celebrate Lucia by inviting friends over for a traditional Swedish ‘julboard’ with freshly baked ‘lussekatter’ and ‘köttbullar’. I was initially going to make this a super long post and add all the recipes but Visit Sweden has done a marvellous job so why beat that? Let’s focus on the decorations instead.
