Shipping
We will ship to most destinations worldwide. PayPal will calculate the final amount of your postal charges each time you add a new item to the shopping basket. To give you an indication of the postal charges you can check the list below:

As from 27-04-2008 we have to ask additional shipping charges for all costumers living outside the EU. You can do this by adding a token to your shopping basket. We can not accept orders from customers outside the EU who haven't paid the extra shipping fees. You can find the shipping tokens in the menu on your left on all the product pages. We use TNT post international priority airmail for overseas orders and TNT post for local orders. International delivery takes between 2 and 10 days depending on the country you life in. Local delivery and to Belgium are next day.
Returns
All the cushions sold in the shop are costum made to your own choice. We can not take returns upon the dislike of the fabric combintation you choose. However if your order is damaged or you find the quality of the cushion poor, you are allowed to return the goods.
If your order arrives incomplete or is not received in a timely manner, please contact us within 10 days of shipment notification so we may track your order. If you do not notify us within 10 days regarding the missing items or lost shipment, we will be unable to replace your items.
Please return your item to us within 10 days of receipt, in perfect unused condition, complete with all the product packaging, and we will give you a full refund, less shipping charges. If returned items are not received within the 10 day period we will not be able to honor your return.
