How to Place an Order

To place an order, simply choose your letter and the combination of fabric and add your selection to the shopping basket. You can do this over again for all the letters you desire.

Please feel confident placing your order. We use the secure services of PayPal for our payments.

Order Process

In total, it will take approximately 2 weeks from the day that you place your order until it's delivered - about 1 week of production and 1 week of shipping.

If in stock we ship samples, books and all other items within 3 days.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal. If you don't use PayPal you can send us an e-mail with your order and we'll send you an invoice with our bank details.

Product Info and Care

We do not recommend machine washing your Box Letter Cushions. For light soil, wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth, using cold water. For more difficult stains, please consult your dry cleaner.
