Shipping

I will ship to most destinations worldwide. The shopping cart will calculate the final amount of your postal charges each time you add a new item to the shopping basket.

I use postnl international priority airmail for overseas orders and postnl for local orders. International deliveries take between 2 and 10 days depending on the country you live in. Local deliveries are the next day.

Please bare in mind that orders will be shipped within 3 days after placing an order. I can't guarantee same day shipping.

Returns

Returns should be made within a week. I only refund goods that are in their original package.

If in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, you must notify me of the damage within three days upon arrival. I will replace or refund the damaged goods but I can not refund the shipping fees.

If your order doesn't arrive in a timely manner please contact me a.s.a.p. so I may track your order. If you do not notify me in a timely manner regarding the missing shipment, I'll be unable to replace your items.

Payment

I accept payment by all major credit cards via PayPal.

Only customers in The Netherlands who don't wish to pay with PayPal can use the "bank transfer" option. I'll get in touch with you after I've received your order with further instructions.
