I've used the Amazon.co.uk layout because that's still the same
as the Amazon.co.jp layout. As you can see all the buttons and links
are in the exact same spot.
Next is entering the ISBN number in the search box. Searing on
ISBN numbers is the easiest way to get the right product.
Let's use ISBN number 4-07-248674-4
Click on the indicated link to change to English
YES OF COURSE - click on Click here!!
Don't expect to get book information in English. Buying on Amazon.co.jp
is taking a plunge.
Now you click on Add to Shopping Cart
As from this stage it's all exactly the same as you're used to
when using Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.com. You can login with your regular
Amazon username and password and you end up in your address book. If you want to add more books I suggest to start at the top. Entering
the ISBN number etc.
You can find the amount of shipping in your buy screen. You can always decide not to buy if you find the shipping fees too expensive. Amazon.co.jp uses Fed Ex to ship and for some countries you have to pay quite high custom fees so beware of that!!
