A Yummy Cheese Pot

A Yummy Cheese Pot

Ingredients

  • 50 gr fetakaas
  • olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ramekins

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150 °C.

Fill the bottom of the pot with the feta cheese.

Pour extra virgin olive oil over the feta, enough so that the feta is under the olive oil level.

Cut the garlic into thin slices and sprinkle over the feta.

Pick the fresh oregano leaves and sprinkle over the garlic.

Remove the pits and juice from the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Put the pieces of tomato on top of the oregano leaves and garnish with freshly ground salt and pepper.

Cover the pots with lids or foil and place them in the oven for 20 minutes.

Notes

Serve and dip with bread.
