Happy pancake day!

This is a really easy and simple way to make sugar free pancakes. You just need a mug!

One Mug Pancakes

Serves: 6-8 pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 mug self-raising flour
  • 1 mug milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Fill a mug with self-raising flour and add it to a large bowl.

Fill a mug with milk and add it to the large bowl and whisk.

Add the egg to the batter and the pinch of salt and whisk until you have a smooth pancake batter.

Bake the pancakes in sunflower oil.

Notes

You could add apple, pear, raisins or any other fruit to the batter to make it sweet. If you want more batter just keep adding the one mug of flour, milk and egg.
