Last Thursday I had to go to the city of Delft to collect my parents’ art that my aunt stored for my mother after she left for Suriname. I didn’t just want to go to Delft so I asked Anki to tag along and she was all up for it as Delft is near to The Hague where the brick and mortar shop of Tas-ka lives.
As soon as we entered the shop we both wanted to move in. Donna Wilson blankets, Snowpuppe lampshades, Hay tea-towels, cute Japanese stationary … and a big blue Hay sofa fill this amazing shop. It left us super inspired and with a bag full of goodies.

Next door to Tas-ka is a really sweet lunchroom/art gallery, Quirky run by British folk with the best carrot cake in the world. This is what Anki and I had for lunch.

Ziet er heerlijk uit! Wat een mooie winkel en wat een heerlijke spullen!
Ik prijs mij gelukkig dat deze geweldige winkel zo vlak bij mijn huis is. Ik slaag er altijd als ik op zoek ben naar een cadeautje (voor anderen of mijzelf, ha!). Laat het vooral weten als je nog eens in de buurt bent, dan nodig ik je uit voor een kopje thee.
